First I'd like to say that if I could I would give 0 stars. I'm a semi regular customer to this particular McDonald's and they regularly make mistakes with my orders, the only reason I ever go there is because it's the only one in the area. Tonight I was starving so I went with my sister. I ordered 2 double quarter pounders plain meals large. She ordered 1 large #7 meal with extra pickles and onions and another large fry. My order was wrong of course, my burgers weren't plain and my fries were medium sized. She had pickles, no onions on one burger and onions, no pickles on the other. We went back in the drive thru and told them what was wrong. (At that time the only thing we noticed was my order being wrong) We waited a bit and got my food, they literally made the same mistake again. When we told them they made the same mistake, they started catching an attitude with us. While they were "fixing" the problem, we noticed the fries. They came back with 2 SINGLE PATTY quarter pounders plain. I sent it back along with the fries. We tried to politely explain what exactly we wanted but they literally were ignoring us and walking away from us mid sentence. They came back with all of the same stuff but 2 patties in a plastic container and told us that the grill is off. Like I dont know how grills work in fast food but how were they able to make all that food but now its stone cold. And then they make me put the food together even though I paid almost $30 to have them do it, I'm pretty sure I paid for the labor. When we got home and divided our orders, we found that they took 2 of the large fries out and discovered the problem with her burgers. I'm going to make it a point to stay far away from these people and I hope anyone that reads this does the same. Read moreI’m going to give them 4 stars because I come here quite often for my kids and I usually don’t have major issues. But this is the most inconsistent place I’ve ever been to. Their ice cream machine is literally ALWAYS broken so please don’t go there if god forbid you want a McFlurry in your lifetime. Some days you get the rudest employees who clearly hate their job and then you get ones that are so overly nice they almost seem like a recording. Do NOT go when the schools get out ≈3pm because you will be there FOREVER. The double ordering was the worst idea ever. The food overall is usually good, but I really wish they were more consistent in their service. I usually just order online now and do curbside pickup but that’s been unavailable lately so you’re forced to either go in (where you’ll potentially be blocked in) or sit in the drive-thru line that moves slower...
Read moreThis was the worst experience I've ever had while placing a drive thru order. My granddaughter wanted her favorite kids meal. I figured a quick trip through the drive thru would be fine. Please tell me why an order made at 2:11 pm after a 5 minute wait before getting to order then an additional 10 minute wait for the food would be what we experienced. When we were finally given our order, there was no greeting, no apology for the long wait, no have a nice day. What ever happened to good customer service or should I say utilizing soft skills?
