Subway — Restaurant in Hanceville

If I could put zero stars, I would. I gave this store 3 or 4 chances thinking maybe they were just having a bad day the first 2 times. They are apparently having a bad day every day. I went in about 20 minutes before closing, they already had everything taken apart to shut down. They still took my order, it was only 2 simple sandwiches but were very short, rude, and visibly mad at my presence so close to closing. I asked 3 times for a sauce on one of the sandwiches and was ignored and he was extra salty when I asked him to please add the sauce after he had wrapped it when I was asking for the sauce as he took it to the wrap paper. I go back to my car to eat and both sandwiches that were toasted were cold and the bread was exactly as it was when pulled from the cabinet, not even warm or toasty AT ALL. Definitely will just drive all the way to Cullman next time I crave subway and see if...

Lettuce sometimes tastes old. Sparse on meat cheese and vegetables could be a tad less stingy with them. Philly cheese thing was NASTY. Please your insulting this sandwich. The place is clean but the service is lacking greatly. No warm welcome and severely lacking proportions. My meal of a foot long flat bread with rotisserie chicken and extra mozzarella was $18.29 with chips and a drink. I was informed my selection of meat was an extra portion for what is widely regarded as the bare minimum.
