I’m truly way past sick and tired of my order being wrong 9 out of 10 times that I go to a fast food restaurant and I don’t even get fast food that often anymore specifically for that reason. And then if my order is wrong I have to go back and have them make it again. One time at this very restaurant I went back to have them fix my order and I mistakenly did not thoroughly recheck to make sure if it was right the second time. Guess what- they still messed it up. If I pay extra for supreme then there should be sour cream and tomatoes on my taco. If I ask for no lettuce then there shouldn’t be any lettuce on my taco. I can’t believe we’re in a society where people actually get paid for only doing half there job. Then on top of that I have to waste gas in my vehicle just to go back and have them mess up my order again every time they get it wrong and I forget to check my order before leaving the window and then double checking the order that was remade just to find out it was also wrong and there’s literally no hope for humanity. Is this ever going to end? Will you ever actually make my tacos supreme when I’m paying extra for it every single time or must I continue to throw money down the drain just because I’m craving Taco Bell knowing that my order will be wrong almost every time? How much more should I suffer getting lettuce on my tacos which I specifically ask for no lettuce every time because I’m allergic to it? Yeah, that’s not very fun. Get you $hit in order. Read moreAs someone who is, and has been, an Assistant Manager of major corporations, I find this place unacceptable. I came inside to pick up my order and was not acknowledged, even though the store was very slow. I had to announce that I had an order to no one in particular before I was noticed—and I was met with attitude.
The employee handling the drive-thru and walk-in orders was sitting on a rolling chair, using her phone, smoking a vape, and wearing her hood up. This is completely unprofessional. What would the CEO of Taco Bell think if they came in for a walkthrough? What would upper management think about employees discussing the store failing its audit, whether for this quarter or any other?
I believe the store manager needs to seriously reconsider the people they’ve hired and the influence these employees have on the store’s operations...
Read moreI hate posting negative reviews. I usually like to brag about a business or company. Sadly this store doesn't get bragging rights today. I let the last 3 messed up orders slide. I ordered a regular chicken chalupa, y'all put that weird a** cantina chicken on it and it smells like dirty mop water I'm not eating it. I know I asked for no lettuce on my sons soft taco, but I did want the meat on it. On one of his tacos He got shredded cheese and a piece of a fiesta strip, that's it. The double stacked taco was not supposed to have the same stripes and it did. STOP putting lettuce on a beef five layer! It doesn't go there!!! And lastly on my complaint, Y'ALL NEVER PUT SAUCE IN THE BAG!! You can put it on the receipt but not in the bag? Interesting. Please do better.
