The Warehouse — Restaurant in Hanna City

For starters the food is amazing. I’ve been coming here for 15 years and they never disappoint with the quality of food. I have had several terrible experiences when it comes to customer service though… Every time I order take out they do not seem to be in a hurry to get you your food even when it’s done and sitting under the heater. The last couple of times I have went in there (while they weren’t even busy) I would walk in there and stand at the bar and wait atleast 7-10 minutes for someone to even ask me what I needed. The worst experience I had was that I walked in there and was standing at the bar for about 10 minutes. The older gentleman at the bar was talking to who I would assume was one of his friends, completely ignoring me and the 2 other people who were waiting for help. Finally after 10 minutes he walks up to me and asks me what I’m there for, I told him I have a carry out order. Then he literally has the audacity to go back to his conversation with his friend for another 5 minutes while I’m just standing there. My food was sitting under the heater from the time I walked in, I know that because when I finally got waited on it was the food that was there from the time I got there. I finally had to flag down someone els to help me because this man seemed to not care at all about helping someone. I hate to leave a bad review but it has gotten to the point that every time I go in there for carry out it seems like a chore for the employees to serve the customer. I am still nothing but respectful when I come in there and I will continue to go, but something has to change on the customer service side of...

We live a hour away and have always made the drive for Gils so we wanted to try the warehouse someday. Today we decided to go for a late lunch. Drove the hour and arrived at exactly 3pm. All the tables had their full menus on them but once greeted by the waitress she handed us a "happy hour" menu saying that's all they serve from 2pm-4pm but wait there's more. The menu has 3 different kinds of flatbread pizzas and appetizers but the waitress said the cook decided to change the cooking oil out so all the appetizers on the happy hour menu can't be ordered either.... So we drove a hour away to try this place to pick from 3 different flatbread pizzas and that's it??? We checked the website before and after and nowhere on the website explains that there is a happy hour from 2-4pm and also nowhere explains that's the only food you can get at them times. We explained how far we drive and the staff said they were sorry but there's nothing they can do. Unfortunately I don't think we will attempt to try this place again.

Response to owner: I'm posting pictures of your website, it shows a lunch menu which after downloading shows lunch hours 11-2pm which we came at 3pm. It also has a lot more options to order unlike the very small 'appy hour" which is nowhere on your...

4 of us arrived about 12:45pm on a Friday afternoon and found all tables full so we waited at the bar for a short time until a table opened up. We were greeted by the bartender and gave her our drink orders. When she brought our drinks she took our lunch orders. It was over an hour before we received our food and we asked if we wanted a 2nd drink. By this time the restaurant was for the most part empty.
