Ordered two iced coffees, one with cream and one black. After charging us, staff member at pick up window appeared unsure what our order meant and used a rude tone while offering a variety of other drinks, also implying that we’d insisted on an espresso-based drink (which at least explains the price!). In the end, we got two iced drinks that looked right but were made incorrectly and with unwanted flavorings. Super rude about it. I can’t believe it was impossible to get a straight black iced coffee from a coffee shop or at least an explanation that perhaps they were out of that product—but of course it’s the tone, not the confusion or lack of knowledge or inventory, that ruins...

Nice staff, but the “iced coffee” is $6.00 for a 24oz watered down ‘coffee’ from concentrate. The ’Lotus’ is where ALL the attention goes. Otherwise known as you’re getting bare bones baloney for triple the price of anywhere else.

Your money is best spent anywhere but here. Like Java Jive! They make real coffee. It’s in the name after all.

Owner(?) also doesn’t reply to comments or messages— will delete anything negative… but stalks people’s Instagram stories? Weird and...

I really want to love this place. The service is great option are good, I just don’t seem to care for many of their drinks. I know I’m one of the few but I have yet to find my drink here. I know plenty of folks who go here regularly. They get you through the drive through super quick and are doing their best to ensure you have a good experience. I do have to say I love their ice!! I’ll keep trying new drinks when I’m here and will update...
