This location needs a serious employee overhaul. From the moment we walked in the employee's were bashing the management and owners. They were complaining about being told to bake cookies for a function tomorrow. It was more important to complain about that than making our sandwiches. They were using badly cut veggies and getting aggravated when asked to use the better products. The sandwiches were made unevenly and had no consistency to them. We sat in the restaurant to eat and they continued to complain and actually make fun of the management. They were actually in full conversation with other guests sitting in the dining area talking badly about management. Subway overall in the area is a 1 star. Use to be a 5 star all day long. Getting rid of the rib and brisket subs were the reasons for going. Was a big mistake not to make them permanent. I have only two subs I like and when I get tired of them I switched to one of these listed. From eating there 3-4x a week for a few years I now go maybe once or twice a month.The owner in my location is a cheap scape. Dont accept discounts or promo offers. Also what done it for me was when they started putting the meat in small bowls instead of using a scooper. Which is suppose to be per scoop but doesn't even add up to a full scoop when using the bowls. Have to get double the meat just to get a decent amount of meat.
