Pizza Now - Hanover Park — Restaurant in Hanover Township

I do not know what is going on these days but customer service is in the toilet in the area in general. I walked into this place last night. I was the only person in the store. Three guys looked at me and then just kept doing what they were doing. No greeting, no "hello I will be with you in a moment". I stood there for a full minute just to see if they would acknowledge that I was in their shop. Nope, they just kept doing their work. I walked out. As I drove away one of the guys looked out of the window at me with a confused look on his face. It is not that confusing. All of us work hard for our money. We want to spend it supporting businesses that treat us as valued customers. All it takes is a little politeness to make a customer feel good about their experience. I know it sounds a little drastic, leaving because I did not get a hello but consumers need to send a message. If your business can not be bothered to greet a customer you do not deserve...

I am so glad I live close to this place, the pizza is amazing. Honestly if I lived an hour away I'd still make the drive to get their food, it's that good! Ham is our favorite topping and we love the bread sticks with the marinara dipping sauce. You can't beat the prices either; you spend so much more on your typical pizza delivery services but the quality is not that good. Pizza now doesn't deliver but you can call in an order and pick it up 5-10 minutes later, it's worth it! The pizza you pick up is always hot, never cold like it's been sitting for awhile, totally worth driving...

I placed a order for 3 pizzas at 9:10 and the “manager” said give me 5 min and I said ok and I got there at 9:25 because I live 10 min away from there and he told me he sold my pizzas and that he only had other options that I did not want and I got annoyed and said ok can you make them and he said NO that I should of gotten there 10 minutes earlier so I told him I couldn’t because of my distance and he told me to bad and that he won’t remake them and started ignoring me and said if I won’t leave that he is going to call the cops it was the worst service...
