This place was a huge letdown, unfortunately. Typical, overpriced, highly processed, low-quality tasting American fare. The only upside was that the staff was nice.
Barely any actually turkey on my panini. Had to actually look for the cheese on it as well. Mostly a sandwich of overcooked bacon. Smh.
And the breakfast sandwich...cheap tasting. Like, a frozen-microwaveable patty. And bagel was HARD and not fresh at all. Made it hard to enjoy, as you're about to break your teeth.
And that strawberry "smoothie" was horrible. Sorry. It tasted milk-based, like a milkshake! Not a fruit-based smoothie. Almost made me sick. That wasn't what I was looking for.
Also, there's so much construction in that lot that it was confusing as to whether I could enter that plaza or not. So confusing that I actually had to pass it up, and use a nearby neighborhood subdivision to work my way back to the plaza.
Unnecessarily expensive for the quality of what I received. $29 down the drain.
Not feeling this place overall. Came from across the state border for it....
Read moreWe have tried this spot 3x. It's very close to our house so we tried to make it work. The bagels are always soft even when we ask them to double toast it and light cream cheese, its never how we ordered it. We have left with the wrong order before. This last visit was today. The day of the car show. It was very inconvenient because all the parking was taken close to the door. I'm currently recovering from a broken toe, I had to park at the end of the shopping center. While trying to order some cars were gasing up there engine and I had to kinda yell over the loud noise. Also it's a friendly neighborhood and some of the cars were racing down the road. I'm sorry but I will no longer be spending my money...
Read moreI have loved Great American Bagel for a decade or more. Unfortunately I haven’t lived close to one in quite some time. Until recently when this spot opened up close to work. Today I had the California Turkey Sandwich which is my favorite. I wasn’t disappointed the sandwich and service was top notch there was no “shrinkflation” like you see all over the industry. My only disappointment is this location doesn’t have the open kitchen where you can see them bake the fresh bagels. The good news is it didn’t change my sandwich one bit. It was perfect and exactly the same sandwich as my first California Turkey. I will be back...
