Subway — Restaurant in Hanover

Piss poor attitude from employees last 2 times I went. Now I'm trying to tell them their sprite is all carbonation and they won't answer the phone, after coping an attitude with me the FIRST time I called! And, evidently, they don't mind charging you for items they DON'T have, don't expect napkins! And if you get cookies for you grandchildren, they'll be under the rest of your food smashed. And the employees ABSOLUTELY don't care. Yes, when I called and they girl hands the phone off as soon as I said who I was, and the guy didn't ask me anything just started with the same, 'we don't control what comes on the truck', took a breath and I tried to say, 'your sprite is complete carbonation!' He got even more rude, and talked over me. At THAT time, I said, 'if you would shut up I would tell you I'm calling to tell you the sprite is bad!' Hangs up!

The thing that really made my experience frustrating is the way subway does any coupon or promotion. Each restaurant does not have to honor any coupons and it happens with an absurd frequency.

The latest escapade was an emailed coupon for half off of a foot long. After ordering my sub and waiting for 10 minutes in the drive thru line I'm told my coupon isn't accepted. This is on the way to work and I haven't eaten all day. Instead of arguing with the cashier, I paid the full price and hurried to work.

The lesson I learned here is to always order online and pay upfront. Bringing in a coupon has a high risk of being denied.

Went here to eat one day and they had the worst service and nothing was clean but I didn't review that day because I didn't want to rate just from one day, but then I door dashed food from here and they wasted my time and refunded my order because they were "out of stock". They said they were "out of stock" on cookies, sure I can see that. But then they refunded my whole sandwich because they were "out of stock". How is a sandwich shop out of stock on sandwich. Might as well just shut down the store entirely. Very, VERY disappointed in this store. Never ordering or dining in at this store ever...
