Los tercos mexican food — Restaurant in Happy Valley

I just finished thoroughly enjoying my carnitas taco, pastor taco, and a pork tamal. Mexican food isn't my go-to generally & I never am very impressed enough to write a review. These were the best tacos I've had next to my abuelita's and El Sancho's in Bend. WOW. I've been sleepin hard on this taco truck because I pass by it every day on my way to work & on my way home. Today was a beautiful, not cold day & it was just taco vibes. On my lunch I pull in & order 2 tacos & 1 tamal, cost me $8. I also got the green mild salsa--which I'm typically not a fan of but THIS WAS SO FLAVORFUL. Ugh I cannot wait to go back. The man taking my order & making it was so friendly & kind--like he was totally spreading happy energy. If you pass by this truck, don't. My husband and I stopped in for breakfast burritos this morning and they were top tier! The potatoes were crispy and flavorful! Bacon was cooked perfect and idk what cheese they use but wow! There is nothing I hate more than a bland breakfast burrito and this was far from bland! I also have to compliment the red sauce! Wow! It was an unexpected pleasure, so full of flavor! I could tell it was homemade and spiced with LOVE! I WILL be back to try more food from this awesome cart! I have a feeling there is much more to this...

I've had Al Pastor & Carnitas tacos that were great. The bean & cheese burrito was flavorful and not one note. A pastor quesadilla was fantastic. The 4 different salsa were very good too.

I will definitely be coming back. So many taco trucks have bland/boring proteins and this place is flavorful and excellent. If anything, I'm sorry it's so far out of the way for me because I'd be here all the time if it were closer to...
