The food here is absolutely terrible. We got pretzels and cheese which looked like pretzels you would get at Costco (except they were drenched in grease for some reason?) along with the cheese which looked like it came in a Costco sized can as well. We also got a burger with fries and a pizza and barely ate any of it. The burger had zero flavor and the lettuce was completely wilted. They also did not include some of the toppings we picked and did not put mustard or ketchup on it because they were out, but we were able to get some packets at the counter. The fries also said they came “seasoned to perfection” and they didn’t even have salt on them. The pizza was very bland as well and the crust especially was super disappointing.
On top of this the service is very odd. They make it seem like you have to order yourself at a window, but there are also servers around?? Also the door to the outside is super heavy and when you are carrying your own food/drinks it’s super awkward.
Overall the vibes were very weird. Super disappointing bc we spent a whole day at the lake and we’re hoping to have a nice dinner. The beer is good though and they played good music, so I’ll at least...
Read moreCame in on a Saturday at about 6:30. It was relatively busy so we had to order our food downstairs at Wildwood Pizza, then proceeded upstairs to order drinks. When we arrived up there, the beer I wanted was only available downstairs and my waitress told me I had to go get it. So back downstairs I went. Our buzzer for food went off, 50 minutes later, which is fine. Again, it was busy. We ordered a large pizza, wings, pretzels, and bread sticks. What was alarming is when we got the food, every single piece of food was cold. I took the pretzels back because cold pretzels are the worst. They took them back no questions asked and got me new ones. Happy with that part. Proceeded back upstairs to eat and realize our waitress never came back. We had to then ask the bartender upstairs for drinks which he replied he couldn't take an order, the waitress has to. The food quality is good. The beer quality is good. Just clean up the service and figure out a way to get food to people hot! Pizza, wings, bread sticks, and pretzels all can't come out at the same time! It's a new place and hopefully they figure out a better system to collaborate, because both places have...
Read more2nd time we were here. First we sat at what we thought was a clean table. Cheese all over and tomatoes and straw wrappers around the napkin holder. I had to brush it all on the floor. Our one beer coaster looked like it had been used once too many times. Sat and waited over 10 minutes for anyone to notice we needed drinks. All the while walking past us cleaning other tables. Finally got someone to get us drinks. Went got our pizza. And finished my beer. Waited and waited got asked for another. I asked for a flight of 3 beers. Waited over 15 minutes and on that time finished our pizza. Still no flight. I finally had our server say it was almost ready. I said cancel it we had to go. When all you have to do is serve beer, it is a brewery, and we grab our own food one should not wait that long for drinks. I don't have an issue with the way you get food or your beer which is great. But your service and cleanliness needs work. If i was an owner of a brew pub and I knew it took well over 15 minutes or more to serve three 2 oz. Beers I would flip. Sorry but with many other brew pubs around we...
