I had the most angering and disappointing experience of my life there and therefore I went full Karen. After given the wrong pizza, I took it back and said, this is the wrong pizza. I ordered something different. A kid took the pizza from me and walked away. I went back to the counter a few minutes later and asked approximately how long for the replacement. He proceeded to yell at me “I don’t know. I don’t make the pizzas. I didn’t mess up. He did. You need to chill out.” Of which, I clearly lost my cool. If he had just said, I’m sorry, it takes 20 minutes to make a pizza, I’ll have it out to you then, I would have walked away. Instead he chose violence. I asked for the manager then. The “manager” came out and said “stop fighting, you can take a refund and leave” without ever asking what happened or why. Prior to this incident, I ordered fries on a separate bill so they could come out sooner. When the fries arrived, they were missing Buffalo sauce. So I went up to the counter and waited 5 minutes before someone talked to me. I told them that I was missing the sauce for my order and he disappeared. 5 minutes later someone else finally came to the counter and asked what I needed. I said, I think someone is getting my Buffalo sauce but I don’t know because he hasn’t come back. The other guy got me the sauce and I said thank you so much, no worries. So I inherently was not mad at the mistake of the pizza. I was mad that he chose violence and told me “he didn’t take the order and he didn’t make the pizza” but you are responsible for the restaurant. How dare you tell me to chill out when I didn’t do anything. I didn’t take the order, I didn’t make the pizza. I didn’t even raise my voice when I told you the pizza was wrong. John chose to tell me to chill out for asking approximately how long a replacement would take. The absolute, worst customer service I have EVER had in my entire life. And to the Karen who told me and my husband to “stop talking and take care of our children,” mind your own business. You have no perspective on this situation. I will NEVER be visiting this place again for as long as John and his manager work at the Knowledge Park location. A simple, we’re sorry, give me even 45 minutes to correct it would have been fine. Don’t choose violence. You are in customer service and yes, I did have children. And it was their pizza that suffered. How dare you tell me to chill out. How dare you.

Great pizza and wings. The beer selection was awesome. We definitely came away with some new favorites!

Went here during lunch hours. Staff was friendly and informative. Plenty of parking. We had like a 20 minute wait to get our food after ordering. It was my first time here, so not sure if that's the norm. It definitely wasn't super busy while I was there. You order and pay for your food at a counter and then you take a food buzzer and go find a seat. Then another person comes to handle your drink orders. That was interesting. Once your food buzzer goes off, you go to the food counter and get your food. Once you're done eating, you pay the waiter/waitress for your drinks. I had chicken tenders and fries and that was $10 with no drink. Kind of expensive in my opinion, but they were good. I might try it again if I'm in the area, but would probably try a different place.

Everything generally fantastic including the service and of course the beer..however, I have just by chance eaten there twice in the past two days. Once with my father and once with my girlfriend. On both occasions I've ordered a burger and was very impressed with the bun and toppings as well as the quality of the patty but oooh boy was it overdone..today when my girlfriend and I ordered I was inormed that the burger could only be prepared one way after requesting medium or medium well.. Both sandwiches were done exactly as the first I had ordered the previous day..Delicous in their own fashion but with the consistency of compressed meatloaf or at the least very heavy and just shy if dry :(...The first time when my father and I had stopped for lunch after a fishing trip, we had the opportunity to have a fun and informative chat with a barteneder/tour guide. Unfortunately I cant remember er his name to give home...

Good Pizza! This is a perfect place to meet up with friends or get some pizza and beer. They have a wide selection of beer and even some non-alcoholic root beers and such that were really good. You can sample some if you're not sure what you like. The pizza was delicious and had a lot of variety. They also had other items on the menu but we only had pizza.

You do have to order, pay and pick up food yourself at the window for the restaurant so keep that in mind. You're only served beer and items from the brewery. They do have a whole station next to the window for to go items (boxes condiments etc) if you don't finish all your food.

The service for the brewery was a little bit slow...it might have been an off day. We were there on a Saturday and there was a large group of people that came in right after us.

Overall it's a perfect place to experience different beers and food is optional.. definitely...
