Starbucks — Restaurant in Hardeeville

We got to the store and we were standing up on line and after 10 minutes the lady on shift tells us that their walk in line is close. Once we got in the car to go through the drive thru we ordered one Strawberry Refresher with white Foam and an Ice Caramel Late with white foam too. We Paid for the drinks and my Strawberry Refresher didn’t have the white foam so we asked nicely for them to add it and the young cashier said that we had to pay for it and we said that it is okay. She tells the old African American lady to add the foam she claims with an attitude that I didn’t ask when I did. My boyfriend just told her “just charge the foam” and some how she got offended and starts telling us that who do we think we’re talking to and that she is not going to do anything about it and shuts the window door and STAYS WITH THE DRINKS WE PAID FOR. All I wanted was the white foam even tho I asked for it before, there was no reason for the old lady to be rude, tell me that I am lying and didn’t ask for white foam and KEEP the drinks we PAID for. This happened on Saturday December 9, at 4:40pm. I don’t do reviews but this is something that really bothered me because I was really exited to get a drink since last time I got one was like 1 month ago. I am driving 12 hours from DC to FL. On my way driving I was tired so I stopped by Starbucks my fav coffee shop. I went in drive thru at 6am and the lady on the speaker was so rude for NO REASON. It’s too early for this and she was being nasty for no reason. She rushed me while I was ordering and mid ordering she gave me a total? I was like ok… I guess this is all I’m ordering I was going to spend more but I guess she doesn’t want the business. To make things worse I drive up by the window it’s 2 ladies there and the rude lady over the speaker said I might need to get out the drive thru to grab my food. My arm was stretched out to reach the food and she barely wanted to give effort to give my food and drink. She handed everything to me so aggressively she dropped the straw on the floor and did not give me a new straw and had the nerve to ask for a tip on the screen. I was nice enough to give her a tip because I was thinking maybe she’s having a bad day… anyways, if she doesn’t want to work don’t work because I came to spend money not to feel uncomfortable and feeling like I’m a bother for no reason? This lady needs help probably some anger management classes or...

The location is in a great location and is easy to enter and exit, the outside was clean. I didn't wait long in line and service was quick. My issue is that I ordered a drink with coconut milk and the order sticker on my cup didn't mention that. When I asked the employee at the window if it was coconut milk she assured me it was. My stomach doesn't digest dairy and that drink was most definitely made with cow's milk. To the person who would rather send someone off with a drink that could absolutely make them sick than admit they didn't make it correctly and remake it for customer satisfaction and safety... I am suffering the consequences of your decision and as such, I have had to make changes to my schedule. It is going to take my digestive system at least 2 days to adjust and for those days I will feel like hell. I do not leave negative reviews often, but this warrants it. There will be other people who will order at this location with worse reactions to dairy than mine. It's not safe to give out drinks that are not 100% what...
