Outlaws Cafe & Casino — Restaurant in Hardin

The food was good and chef was friendly, however we personally recieved very poor customer service. We walked in and were ignored. We eventually asked the bar-tender if we should seat ourselves and she said yes so we did, no problem. After about 15-20 minutes of being completly ignored along with other guest (several people ended up walking out and were never even greeted with a simple hello). Eventually my wife got up and grabbed our own menus. After about another 15-20 min of waiting at our table with not a single greeting or acknowledgment (meamwhile watching others recieve service around us) we finally had to demand drinks which is not in our nature, otherwise we may sill be sitting there haha. After finally recieving the food we were pleased and enjoyed it very much. We got one refill of water and were never offered any other drinks for the remainder of our 2 hour visit either... which was a bit dissapointing. The waitress did eventually offer a random and a bit awkward appology, i think, without ever actually saying sorry (it felt more like she just kept blaming others). For the price the food was good but the service was horrible and awkward. Best restaurant in town with excellent service, tasty food, and generous portions.

While driving across the country we opted to stay in Hardin partially based on reviews of this restaurant and wanting to support and experience local establishments. They did not disappoint.

Upon entering we were greeted by several staff with very positive and genuine sounding welcomes. It felt like you were showing up at a friend or family members house for dinner.

The gal that served us was positive, professional, informative, and provided the right amount of balanced attention and space.

I ordered a chicken salad which was fantastic and generous, and my colleague ordered a magical bacon Mac n cheese bowl of goodness. We would recommend and order both of these again.

We've been driving for a few days and our food the day previous was subpar. 3 Brothers provided a much needed awesome and relaxing meal.

We were visiting the area and stopped in on our last night there. I wish we had gone earlier as I would have eaten here every day. EVERYTHING is exceptional here. The staff are welcoming, friendly and attentive to the customers. The restaurant is clean, cozy and welcoming. The food is truly amazing! They have a decent selection of local drafts on tap as well as the usual big name brands. Our food arrived quickly and was out of this world. My wife and I split a pizza ( 1/2 combination, 1/2 big fat greek) and our companion had the veggie lovers sandwich. The food was amazing looking and tasted even better! This place is a must if you are a fan of amazing food, great service, and inviting casual dining! May just have to drive back from Canada for another pizza and cold draft!! Loved everything about...
