Sabor El Rey — Restaurant in Hardy

Its sad what this restaurant has become. I love this place however the last few times we have been nothing but disappointed. We have been forgot about to where the waitress came over 35 minutes later and made us reorder. Everytime recently once your done with your first drink....forget it because they wont be asking if you need a refill! Crazy how all the customer service has gone out the window. Instead, they like to sit behind the bar and cut up or in the kitchen to where they ignore you standing at the cash register to pay. We would rather drive to Pocahontas and eat Mexican before we will ever be back to this one unfortunately. The staff need...

I’ve ate here a few times and the food is decent for Arkansas Mexican food but there rice and beans are a lower quality than I’ve had at other places and cost more than there competitors. Today I called in an order while I was leaving ash flat Walmart and while ordering was hung up on. When I called back was told I needed to wait and proceeded to wait till my order was finally taken. I was told in 10 min it would be ready. We were excited to come back into town and try out this new restaurant in our town. LARGE cold beer, large fountain soda, carnitas platter, and 4 street tacos. Absolutely amazing!!! Great flavor, tons of steak in the street tacos. The staff were so kind and friendly. The restaurant is clean and had great music playing. This restaurant is far better than any Mexican restaurant we have had in the area hands down. True authentic flavors.
