Hardee's — Restaurant in Harlan

My wife had just stopped through an ordered through the drive thru and came home with the food which was superstar with cheese combos and I don't know if it was just a bad day to go their or what food is usually good but the fries today were cold and hard tasted old and the burgers weren't all the way done still were pink in middle and cold as well only thing worth it was the pop in the order she had ordered never had this problem with their breakfast it is one of my favorites but paid like 20 dollars for two combos and it cold and not done all the way and hard makes u question if should go back an eat their I get no one is perfect but think of the customer next time as u should in customer service people spend their hard earned money just like everyone else they should be served hot fresh food...

I sat in drive thru lane for twenty minutes behind an ambulance that was in front of me and that had already ordered.

I called the restaurant and asked them if they could pull the vehicle in front of me over and allow me to pick up my food. They said “both orders are ready and we’re getting them out to you now”. They did provide both cars with their orders. My large order of twisty fries were of horrible quality. They were scraps from the bottom of the pan. Tiny hard pieces not worth the almost four dollars I was charged for them. The burger was okay but man I’m disappointed in our Harlan Hardee’s they are usually so much better.

This is in no way meant to reflect negatively on the one person I saw behind the counter. Where were the other helpers? . Dang management...

I normally get to the Harlan Hardees prior to eleven o'clock which is the cut off time for serving breakfast items. Sometimes I am a little late. But the servers and mgt usually have some things for breakfast left over after eleven. But, always with above approach politeness and kindness they always are willing to serve these items after eleven. Such politeness and willing to serve the breakfast items which normally would probably head to the garbage after eleven is so appreciated even if sometimes they are cold.
