They got our order wrong that we ordered online. I had to call several times for anyone to answer. They said I could keep the sandwich and have another one made in the future or they would remake the sandwich. We asked to remake the sandwich to what we wanted. After driving back up there again, the lady told us when done remaking the sandwich we could have a free drink but we needed to return the bitten sandwich they made wrong. I asked to just let us keep the sandwich that they made wrong since they would just throw it away. No big deal. Accidents happen. She said they have cameras and they wouldn't let her... But the cameras would watch her give us a free...
Read moreI've never had an issue with the food. It's fresh and made-to-order. However, I placed an online order that was not prepared until AFTER my arrival. The app stated my order was READY! I had to wait an additional 20 minutes after the app's stated time (not an exaggeration) for my order. I take issue with that because the staff (two members) completed orders of people in the store. Why couldn't one take care of them while the other completed online orders? I must mention that another online customer was there before me, waiting on HIS order. Whoever was working the evening of 3/23 was despicable with their behavior towards an local hero and police officer simply because he was in his uniform. They messed up my order and gave me the sub to the person who was in front of me. It's confusing to me how I could even end up with a sub that belongs to someone in front of me....
