I regularly am a customer there. I never have had any problems until this covid started. Now having to order to take out for precaution reasons I have noticed extra charges that I have never been charged before. The explanations of the charges is ridiculous. These charges are for the tortillas when it is specified it comes with the order. It is this that gives small businesses a bad rap. People are trying to help by continuing to support them but they in return take advantage by doing things like this that will cause a customer to stop doing business at those establishments. I wanted to have Mexican food while I was in Harlingen, and randomly picked this restaurant as it was near where I was at the time. The parking lot is decently large but kind of beat up.
