I have been a customer at this location since I moved here. (Usually at least 3-4 times a week) I have typically had a good experience. That changed for me today. I sat at the drive through. There were 2 cars ahead of me. The wait time was exceptionally long. I figured maybe the customer ahead of me had a large order…I was wrong. He had a single drink order. Whenever I got up to the window at the drive through, I waited another 3-4 minutes after reconciling my payment. I wondered what was happening with my coffee…I noticed a girl eating a bag of chili Fritos and licking her fingers while she laughed with her coworkers.The other girl stood there with her hands in her pockets and they continued to chitchat while they waited for the order to get finished. No eye contact was made with me; no acknowledgment…I understand that people need to grab a bite to eat…but NEVER EVER in front of the customers. (That is a critical violation in food safety standards according to The Food and Drug Administration). Whenever the lady working at the drive through handed me my drink, I informed her that this was the longest time I have ever waited…quit goofing around at work and just take better care of your customers or you will lose the momentum you once had. Read moreI was in this location about an hour and a half ago. The staff was too busy fooling around amongst themselves to pay much attention to anything else. I went out of my way to go there to get a treat for my autistic son after a long week. The absolute only treat he likes are old fashion plain donuts/timbits. I pay for a box of 40 timbits all old fashion plain and go home. It is now after supper and he wanted a treat, opens the bix and all the wrong kind !! There was only one other customer in there and the young staff was having a geeat time talking, laughing and making wise cracks about each other and someone approaching outside. I live 25 minutes away so running back is not an option right now and I've been calling for a solid 20 minutes and no one answers ! Read moreExpresso machine was down for almost a year. Unusually slow lines and have gotten my order wrong more than once. They did make it right. They also FINALLY fixed expresso machine.

Expresso machine back down. No oreos. ONLY 3 CARS THERE AND IT TOOK 10 MINUTES TO GET THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU!!! The young lady at the window was very pleasant but the guy taking our order sounded absolutely miserable and was clearly chomping on some food as he took our order. He was rude and acting as though we were pestering him by visiting the place!!?!? I am not hard to please but this place needs to clean house and get new management/owners/employees!!!!
