Burger King — Restaurant in Harpersville

Very poor service by the manager tonight. Unfortunately, I won't be going back. He intentionally put the center core of the lettuce on my sandwich after he didn't like me stating to him they should charge the same for a meal when they're out of an ingredient such as tomatoes. No being petty, but they gladly increased the price of my drink when upsizing. But, won't take off price for no tomato, then put a core of lettuce on my sandwich. Very unprofessional. The photo was taken after I threw it out in the parking lot being I was frustrated with the customer service. Just to note, I was very kind when I mentioned this and told them it was no big deal, just something that should be considered. Since I couldn't get my survey thing to work (my phone is having issues) I want to put my review here cause I think that this GM deserves the shout out ! Carol Tywan -girl I hope I spelled that right- you are so amazing at what you do. Considering not be able to find people that want to work now days and being 1of 2 workers tonight y'all rocked it! I'm so glad we decided to come to Harpersville instead of Chelsea ! I would have a 5 because the food was fantastic, delicious and my parents and me were hungry. The reason I'm not giving a 5 and 3 instead is because the television being tuned to MSNBC and the program that was on. It was about the terrorist group ISIS. It was very disturbing to have to hear about people's body portions being taken off and that's absolutely something I do not want to see or hear when eating at a fast food restaurant or any other time for that matter. 😢 I'm sorry to get graphic but I'm being honest.
