Pretty darn good! Their menu has a stunning variety of foods, lots of different cultural foods too which is refreshing. I’ve yet to try their breakfast but I am excited to! My boyfriend & I found a little gem we like for sure. We ordered mozzarella sticks and dolma (grape leaves) as an appetizer and they were very good! My own qualm is with the cabbage rolls (halupki/gołąbki) I ordered. They were presented beautifully, they looked beautiful too. I’m unsure if these are odes to Polish/Eastern European food because if so, they don’t fit the bill… :( Not to be mean at all! The sauce on top of them tasted like spaghetti sauce, kinda like the store bought kind. Normally, we make them with straight tomato sauce that may be seasoned as desired but the sauce on top of them was very thin, too liquidy and ruined the dish by tasting like spaghetti sauce. The meat/rice has an odd seasoning to it, too. I just really didn’t like it but I loved everything else! If they weren’t an ode to Eastern Europe, very well – it’d make sense for them to be foreign. However I wish they were traditional like straight from babcia. With love and I’ll see the place soon! I wish I could make these suggestions upfront but alas. Cheers!

When I got in about 1 pm, approximately one quarter of the seats were occupied. Open, comfortable environment, clean tables, polite staff. Took a moment to get things: menu, drink, order placed. Not slow by any stretch but slower than is standard. The food was fine, though definitely underseasoned. Not exactly bland but close. Huge menu! 5 pages plus an insert for both breakfast and lunch specials. Then there is the board as you walk in. It could take a few minutes to narrow things down.

Good wait staff, great service, tasty food. Serves all-day breakfast, too. Would recommend! I had not been to this location previously, but when I saw the reviews and learned they had all-day breakfast, I had to try it for myself. Came in, ordered the steak and eggs with a side of corn beef hash. Came out great! Very nice to be able to eat a hot breakfast at 1pm. Give it a try!

I used to go here quite often many years ago, then people moved and so forth. However, today I was on my way taking my mother home after a medical test, and we both were quite hungry. She suggested another place, but I offered this place as it was on our way. The only thing different from the last time I was there was now, as in all restaurants, there was no smoking. To me, that is a pleasure. It was close to 11:30 am, and we seated ourselves. There was more than ample seating, and there were only a handful of other diners. After a minute or two, a waitress welcomed us, handed us our menu and took our drink orders. She brought us our drinks and have us another minute to peruse the menu. We both decided upon omelets and toast. Mom had coffee, but the coffee in the picture was not hot enough. The waitress apologized and quickly got her some fresh, hot coffee, which was much to her liking. The food was up fast, and tasted very good. My hash browns were crispy, but not greasy. The omelets were cooked nicely and very fresh tasting. I had the Farmers omelet, and the additions inside the omelet were just enough. All the dishes were clean and undamaged. The atmosphere was brought, and the shirt was fresh; not dank, musty, or overpowering with a cleaning fragrance. Upon leaving, we left the too on the table and went to the register to cash out. Our bill was $22, and I had $21 in my pocket. We were about to fish out another dollar and they told us $21 was fine, and not to bother. Lots of smiles, great service, clean bathrooms, and great food. I will definitely try to make it there again really soon, to try something...

Let me start by saying I have been here in the past and had NO issues with either the food or service ! Jump forward to 10/18/17 : I met a loan closing official there about 630 to sign papers , which I thought would take a while but only took 15 minutes . The waitress came over promptly and I informed her that we weren't ordering in , but I would make an order to go when we were done , and she immediately seemed stand-offish ! I ordered an iced tea , the loan officer, nothing . When we were through 15 minutes later , I heard someone inform the waitress her TO-GO order was ready to order . She came over and I had a question about the menu , because I hadn't been there in a while . Specifically I asked about both souvlaki and gyros , as a combo , and she said I can order a double souvlaki . I also ordered the split pea soup . She asked if I would need utensils , I told her "yes" . I never got the utensils , crackers for the soup , but I did ask for a menu to go so l could reaquaint myself with their menu . Waited about 15 minutes for the food , which was very good by the way, and was never asked if I needed a refill on the iced tea. While looking over the menu I noticed there WAS still a souvlaki/gyro combo !! When she brought my order I mentioned that I wish she had informed me of this while I asked about it , all I got was a blank stare . I tipped her on my carry-out , but I don't believe she earned it , since I didn't notice the missing items til I...

I am still in shock of my experience at this restaurant. We recently moved into the area 2 weeks ago and have eaten here 6 times. Yesterday our experience was great and Izzy provided great service and was awesome. Maria displayed horrible and completely rude and unprofessional service. She had a complete meltdown over literally one minute (LOL). The door was unlocked, there were 2 people before us and the lights were off, at first i thought they had lost power. When Maria saw us waiting she got very nasty and short - she said that it only 7:54 am and we don't open until 8am, I looked at my phone at it was 7:59am. When I told her the correct time she vey nastily replied "still before 8" and it just intensified from there. I have never experienced an employee so extremely rude to paying customers! Maria did agree that she is overly stressed - however it should not be appeared to the customer. All 4 customer had walkout based on Maria's treatment in total disbelief. This employee really need to relax a calm and treat the guest with at least minimal respect. I went to Hometown Grill, which we have been going there for many years and come to find out that owner of HTG are related to Lake Breeze - I share my experience with Ron (owner of HTG) and he was very surprised to say the least. I will drive the extra 2.5 mile and continue spending my money at Hometown Grill...
