Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hartford

Not happy. I walked in, was asked may I help you. My first order was a sandwich, the young lady asked anything else, I told her my hot drink. I received my drink. Then went to wait for my food. After waiting 5mins. The young lady asked me what did I ordered. I told her and she stated...You didn't pay for that, the young lady that took my order said, I didn't hear you order a sandwich. I stated that was the first thing I ordered. I took out my receipt, THAT I HAD TO ASK FOR.. out and noticed the sandwich wasn't on it. I said again, it was the first thing I ordered, never mind, and left the store. I didn't have the time to wait any longer! This Dunkin donuts is on my way to work, so I would stop there often. Since the service was getting so bad I stopped. I decided to stop today just to see, but I'm so sorry I did. Will not go there again. They're in such I rush, they're...

Been going here for nearly 2 years due to its proximity to my work. It's usually the worst Dunkin experience you'll have.

The staff does not care. Drinks are often wrong. You can hear their lack of caring over the intercom. Not to mention most of them barely speak English.

What led me to finally write a review was the fact they have a sign up for "$2 iced coffee 2-6pm". I got there and ordered an ice coffee. They charged $3 and I asked why. They said the 2 dollar thing started Monday (its Friday and the sign has been up for several days). I asked why they had the sign up then? Its the main reason I came in today. The lady got the manager and they just yelled at each other and said no it starts Monday. They closed the window and that was it. Will not be going back. There is another right around the corner on airport road which is better and lead...

Lots of problems here. I go almost every day. First there is a older woman who works there who will do other things ( like eat her lunch or stock product)while she is ring you up! I'm sorry but don't scan one of my purchases then go eat some of your food or put away some cigarettes then continue to scan my stuff. This has happened so many times. All I can say is she has grey hair in a pony tale and I think she might be a manager . I know other employees don't like her because I have seen them roll there eyes when she talks. The other thing is they don't restock well . Some thing will sell out and they just put stuff that is next to it in its spot and then it's gone forever. Fix these problems and this place would make so...
