Yeshua was truly the highlight of my day! In a world where things can feel overwhelming, he not only met but exceeded my expectations with his exceptional customer service and sense of humor. I was also impressed to learn that it was his first day, and yet he handled everything with such confidence and charm. As a manager myself, I can easily recognize great people skills, and Yeshua has them in abundance.
However, I was deeply disappointed by what I overheard while in the drive-thru. I heard a staff member sending him home over a minor mistake, like an issue with sauce pricing, rather than providing constructive feedback. As a manager, I believe in correcting small mistakes on the spot and keeping the momentum going, especially when you have an employee who clearly has potential. Small errors shouldn’t dictate whether someone should stay or go. It’s about guidance, not punishment.
It’s disheartening to see this because there are so many employees who lack the motivation to show up at work, yet Yeshua was fully engaged, bringing positivity to the job. It’s the small things like dependability that truly matter in any business, not nitpicking over a minor detail like sauce pricing.
I’m spending the time to write this review and letting my food cool down because Yeshua is that worth it. His personality shines through, and it’s clear he has a lot of potential. I just hope management recognizes his value and provides the support...
Read moreNot that it is going to make a difference, because let's be honest, Burger King doesn't give a shit and never reads these reviews! Last week I ordered from this location and they screwed up the SAME order, not once, but TWICE!!!!! Woman working was EXTREMELY RUDE and argued with me about me and blaming me for the order being messed up! Bottom line, the receipt listed what was supposed to be on the sandwiches! No where in the receipt did it mention lettuce! When I had the sandwiches remade, after explaining in detail how the sandwiches were to be made, they remade sandwiches containing lettuce!!!! There is no way this was NOT intentional!! Then she proceeded to tell me that next time I need to bring the sandwiches back earlier to be remade, not an hour later! Customer service phone number for Burger King does not work!!! Called the store number and it just rings and rings! The one time they did answer, they hung up!!!! Chatted with customer service and they offered me a 15$ coupon and it has been a week and still no coupon!!! Burger King could care less about us as customers and their customer service is non-existant! Like I said Burger King (like other companies) never read reviews! It is now 11:22 am on Friday 5/9/25...let's see how much longer (if at all) it takes them to resolve...
Read moreI decided to stop here before work i ordered the chicken finger meal with a hamburger. Eating my food on the way to work I notice my onion rings are so hard it’s like the refried them twice. So I immediately call the store to complain. After calling about 6 times they finally pick up. I explain to the manager my issues and she says well I can’t refund you if your not here. So I say I can’t come back I’m on my way to work. So she says I’ll write your name down and you can come back. I ask will she be there ? She says I don’t need to be here and hung up. Two days later I go there and the manager for today says what was the name of the manager and where is my receipt. Which I have neither because I thought the manager already wrote done my name as she said. So the lady starts calling other managers and they both say no they didn’t talk to anyone.
