McDonald's — Restaurant in Hartford

It's a McDonald's... Not much to say about it as they all are fairly the same. Though this one did stand out because it was one very clean (i haven't seen the bathrooms so I can't rate how those were...). Especially for its moderaratly busy location right off a main freeway. What also stuck out was that this was my first location Ive been in that had the electronic self ordering stations. They were convenient, and fairly easy to use, I did have a little issue with payment portion as I wanted to pay cash and I was waiting with my ticket/number for my order. I was thinking that once my number is called I would then go to the register and pay.. After waiting a little while one of the people behind the counter asked if I needed help / if I needed to pay. At which point I have her my slip and paid for my order. So my ordering experience was a bit longer than others but I believe that was in part my fault as I didn't know what to do.. But after that lil ordeal I got my order by the time I had a chance to fill my cup of soda up. Well as we all know how the food was.. It all depends on your personal preference. But I did find their fries extra delicious 😋 than normal / other locations...

Probably the worst service/food I've ever received at a McDonald's, and it was a snow day, not a single car in the lot. McRib looked like it was hours old, ordered online (which worked after I installed and reinstalled the app twice) for in store pick-up, doors locked, it's 1210pm in Hartford, no notice no sign, but my order was in and if course they charged me. Went to the drive thru, again, NO ONE HERE, NOT IN LINE, IN DRIVE THRU, they said they have no order, then we can't understand, then pull to last window, it was a scene out of Dude Where's My Car, (and then......) This has to be one of the busiest McDonald's on Brainard Road in Hartford, how they even function is beyond me after it took 20 minutes to get a Fast Food sandwich on the slowest day of the year, you think that sandwich special, nope, just grab that one that looks like it's been sitting for a while, he'll never know. Sad, but also the reason I'll pay a few bucks more for FOOD, food that someone actually cared to make. My rant probably means nothing to you, but, consider this, I'm just one person, I guarantee you there were a bunch of dissatisfied...

Took four adults and one 2 year old year old here for drive through fast food.

Food: Expected of McDonald's and quality fast food.

Service: It wasn't busy at the time. They manage to not get the order correctly. If we didn't get the receipt from the pay window, which the pick up lady roll her eyes and ask for, when we told her the kid meal box did not get his meal. The adult meal was put in it instead. I expect a newly renovated place to fix this problem of the past

Atmosphere: The order process was easy. We pay at the first window. Then pick up at window 1. However, we wouldn't know that until they told us window 2 is for mobile pick up, so we had to back the car up to window 1. This would prove difficult if the line was full and the lady at the pay window didn't tell anyone. This a newly renovated place but there's pothole everywhere to and from the...
