Sweet Dreams — Restaurant in Hartford

15 minutes prior to closing time. There were about 12 people in the order line and about 25 in the pick up line at the same time. (We obviously assumed they were still taking orders) My girlfriend and I waited for 9 minutes before I finally asked the first person in line if they have been helped. (They said no, just made eye contact and assumed they'd come when they were free) Finally after waiting 13 min I knock on the window and ask the guy if they are taking orders and he said no. (I politefully said when you have a line of 12 people you say something. And turn off the open sign. Not just have 9 workers stare in passing at 12 new customers ready to pay for your services. It's just good business etiquette.) I know first days can be stressful and overwhelming but simple communication will keep customers...

The food was supposed to be over the top. Burger, fries, malt, not very good. Ordered a small hit fudge with pecans. Found brownie, oreo cookies, and like 5 crushed up pieces of pecans. Kept on having to spit stuff out in my hand to see what I was actually eating. One server spilled hot fudge all over the outside of container. Instead of replacing top, she wiped it off with a rag from a red bucket. I was not fond of that, who knows what else was wiped with that rag. 30.00 for 1 burger fries and.two ice creams. Staff was friendly, music was great. But needless to say, we will not return. Its sad, because without dairy queen, ice cream is non existent in this town. And dont say culvert, because there ice cream is not the best. We need a COLD...

Cheeseburger meat was poor tasting & had hand cut fries which were over fried . Parked in front of building which had a mouse line up to the order window, after picking up order was scolded for parking in front of building even though parking lines were still there . Told this was a NO parking area , told parking on side of building, , ask why there was NO SIGN'S Posted NO answer ? Rude With all said we will not return to this establishment. PS.
