Relaxed, casual atmosphere. Tables and chairs were clean with filled napkin containers, salt, pepper and ketchup all filled. Floors and bathrooms were spotless. The service was faultless. In fact it was outstanding. Our server made sure that every request was taken care of promptly. Her spontaneousness and welcoming personality is definitely an asset to the diner. LaineyLou's is charming. No pressure to rush through our lunch as the diner filled up. The burgers were exactly as described in the menu, filled with fresh juicy patties, tomato and lettuce. The menu has just the right amount of variety with sides, burgers, chicken dishes and seafood baskets. The fried onion rings were crisp and delicious complementing the burger. They have the usual sodas which arrived with roughly crushed ice floating on the top. So much better than clunking square ice cubes. LaineyLou's offers cakes and ice cream. So we just moved to Lebanon a month ago. We live closer to Hatsville. We saw Lainey Lou’s on fb and I went to read the reviews. I usually read reviews but I’m one to make my own opinion. So, we decided to try it. They did not disappoint!! For those that say this or that was to salty etc, they WILL make it right if they know about it. I ordered the burger and crinkle FF and my fiancé got the chicken club. The food came out hot and was delicious! He got the home fries and loved them. I didn’t know they came with season salt which I don’t like much on FF, but I was going to just eat them. Took a napkin and was wiping some of it off when the sweet waitress came over and asked was there to much salt? I told her,”I just don’t eat it on FF. “ She immediately responded with kindness and said,”I’m so sorry, I will have the cook make you some without it.” She came back with a good amount of HOT FF minus the season salt. We had a great experience tonight and will recommend them to anybody. We’ll definitely be back!! Thanks to the waitress for being so nice and considerate...

When first opened, the food was perfect tasting and cooked perfectly. The last 2 times I've gone, it's just not the same. Maybe because it's older teens cooking in the kitchen. Also, I'm taking away the "Born & Raised In The South" card. Tea should never be the same color as apple juice.

In response to the owner - maybe the same cooks in the back kitchen, but the last 2 times it was older teens. I've been to your establishment many times to notice there has been a change..fried food is being burnt and the burgers have become tasteless (lack seasoning). As for the tea, the apple juice color just means diluted too much with water. It doesn't matter what brand you use. If each time weren't to go orders, I would have brought these issues up. Lastly - I am bringing these issues up as an opportunity for correction, not because my taste...
