Had a hankering for Tom Yum soup; it was very tasty , a good amount of chicken, mushrooms and onions but .. I wish it was a larger container of soup like I get at other places and I would like to taste more lemongrass . It did hit the spot and the staff at Siam Pepper are always very pleasant ! The fresh rolls are exceptionally good , big and tasty with the peanut sauce !

Thai iced tea was good.we tried eggplant curry and veg pad Thai and it was delicious...we ordered veg.version but it smelled like meat in it..we ordered medium spicy and it was too spicy so,I recommendto order less spicy than u order usually at other places.

One of my favorite Thai places. I almost always get their Beef Pad See Ew. The sauce is sweet and it's literally always good. Their Thai iced tea is also delicious. I've never eaten in, but they're always great about takeout. The food is top notch.

WARNING FOR THOSE SUFFERING FOOD ALLERGIES

If Google had the option to provide zero stars, this review would be more accurate. Since we're required to provide one star, I will say that my ONE time calling Siam Pepper Thai Cuisine to order takeout will be my last.

I live with a severe shellfish allergy and needed to ensure that food prep means not cooking food in the same pan that shellfish was cooked in. Some restaurants answer honestly, and tell me that they cannot accommodate some of my orders because it is too hard on the kitchen staff. I understand this! If there is one fryer, it would be cost-prohibitive and perhaps clog up the flow of service to clean a fryer for one customer. As an adult who has lived with this allergy since childhood, I expect "no," and am presently surprised when I hear "yes."

Well, at Siam Pepper Thai Cuisine, the older-sounding man answering the phone was not up for having ANY conversation. Every word out of his mouth was terse, curt, making it seem he had no interest in accepting orders -- or customers' money. Because he did not answer my specific questions, I finally said: "So all of this order will be prepared away from seafood?" He grunted, "uh, huh." Again, I said that I needed assurance that these measures can be carried out -- FOR REASONS OF LIFE OR DEATH.

"I know. You asked me three times already."

That was his reply.

I apologized to him for inconveniencing him and told him to get to the other customers he had waiting because, apparently, their orders were more important. I also told him to cancel my order, since it obviously was too much for him to answer questions related to a customer's health and safety.

There is NO REASON to be this rude and this nasty, when a customer is asking questions related to life and death. Had he answered even one of my questions directly, when asked, I would not have had to ask multiple times. And so, with so much attitude from this guy, no, I will not spend my money there. I wouldn't trust his handling of the food and, after being a class A jerk, he doesn't deserve it.

Now, let me take my...

Good food, but very poor customer service. They don't seem to even know what that means. I've been there and gotten no food 3 times. Once, the place was locked, even though the website and the sign on the door said it was open. The 2nd time it was closed during the day, even though the website said it was open. The 3rd time, today, I was waiting in line behind a man while the counter person droned on and on to another customer about the menu, when a Karen came in and went right around me to the front of the line. I pointed out that the line formed behind me, and she brazenly said she was just there to pick up an order. She never asked if I was there to just pick ap a gift certificate, or if the man in front of me was just there to pick up an order. I guess it was obvious to her that she was more important than us. And then the counter woman took her. So I fault them both. Asalesperson should always see who's next and shouldn't just let someone cut in front of others. I left the store at that point. The poor older man in front of me looked crestfallen. I won't go there again and I won't recommend it to friends. She may be good at preparing food, but she doesn't know the first thing about...

My partner and I were excited to come here as the reviews were over 4 stars. We went here on a Wednesday evening around 6 PM. I was unimpressed with the service. Friendly but inattentive. Partners water had some very strange taste so we asked for a new glass (tap water). Our orders were taken relatively quickly but after that service was extremely slow. I got the Tom Yum soup with Shrimp which I was excited to try because I love Tom Kha Ghai from Thai Time in Clinton. It was very fishy and mostly broth and tomato base. I did not get a lot of coconut flavor.

My partner got pad thai which is one of the most basic dishes you can get, two chilis. It was not very spicey.

I ordered the Pad See Ew. The noodles seemed over cooked and the dish itself was pretty...meh. I had to get up to give our check to the hostess.

The bathrooms were clean and very far from the table down a hallway (in a business building of some type). We will not be...
