Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Haskell

This one is OK at best. I don't say this lightly and it is hard to leave any review less than 5 stars but my last 5 visits here were met with poor service and order mistakes. The last time I went, the girl said they didn't get our order correct because they were busy. This was after I had to send it back 3 times. If you cannot handle busy, maybe you shouldn't be in business? Her voice, expression and attitude were all blatant displays of the kind of passive aggressiveness that makes one nervous to eat what she brought to us. My mom always said be nice to those who prepare your food and since I couldn't stomach her attitude, I just sent the final mistake back and requested a refund. I wont be back to...

I just left Sonic with my sister and nephew. We all ordered a chocolate shake mine arrived first and it looked like and had the texture of a glass of chocolate milk rather than a shake. So I pressed on the famous red button and told the my issue with my milk shake. The lady said it was because they had been using the machine a lot this day. I told her I just wanted to get my money back and my sister and my nephew didn’t want theirs either. So the server came right out with most of my money wich I paid in change wanting to get rid of some of it and she just tossed it at me . It went all over my truck and outside of my truck so I didn’t even get all of my money back. Me and my sister won’t be returning...

My husband and I moved to Haskell about 6 months ago and we've been going to this sonic atleast once a week, if not twice... they hardly ever get the order right and we've had to return a couple of times to get our order corrected. I just think they do not care to even try because you can literally tell them word for word what you want and they still do it wrong, even if it's right there on the screen! Probably going to stop wasting time and money at this location, it sucks to get home after working all day just to find that your dinner order is wrong... and this isn't a once or twice, isolated event... it has happened on multiple occasions.
