I placed a pick up order for a pizza with a guy name Joe. I ordered a white pizza with spinach and tomato but the pizza did not come with spinach or tomato. I called in to discuss my order and resolve this issue and came to find that I was overcharged. I did not want to drive back to pick up another pizza so I requested a credit for the amount that was overcharged back on to my card. Joe got very rude with and hung up the phone before I was done speaking. No apology for the error, no credit back and no goodbye. When I called back to finish speaking and explain that there was no need to be rude. He told me that if I didn't like his attitude I did not have to come back. And I told him that I could not believe his horrible attitude and there is no need to be rude. He then said "Well let's see if this sounds like a hang up." The issue went unresolved and he could care less. I have been to many restaurants and I have never been treated with such disrespect over an order that they got wrong. I am a paying customer but to "Joe" a paying customer does not mean a thing. I couldn't enjoy my food because I had to deal with this hassle. I will never go back to this place because I refuse to deal with a miserable person. I give this place a...

normally things are good but we walked in and there were no clean tables so we sat at the round table by the door we ordered our food around 6:00 pm and he didn't write it down. we sat and waited, we watched other people that came in after us get there food. 30 mins later still no food my son went and asked and he said oh it's coming soon. Finally one of them came and cleaned the tables that were dirty as it started to get busy.. still no food. watched more people get served. Went up again and asked it has now been 55 min and he ask one of the other guys about the order they said it was on top of the ovens..??? he said where and sure enough there was part of our order in take out bags we were eating in not taking out. we check our order and were missing 1 meal when i told him they left 1 out he said we could wait another 10 mins it was almost 7 and we had 2 little ones with us. I was not a happy camper at this point didn't expect to spend my Anniversary this way. I told him to forget it and that we weren't happy at all about the way we were treated. He admitted he wrote down to go and did the right thing and didn't charge us for the rest of the order and we left. Not sure I will be going back...

Just moved to Justin, and we wanted to try some local pizza shops. This place was the closest and it does not dissapoint.

Located off of 156 , plenty of parking and comes with attached bar. Although its in Haslet, it seems to be the most decent pizza shop that Ive seen in the area so far aside from J&J's in Denton.

Now the workers aren't the friendliest (I'm pretty sure they are from NY :) ). and the pizza did take a while when they were not too busy but boy was it good. Tastes NY style, sweet sauce, soft but crunchy crust. And oddly enough even better reheated.

So yeah theres a bar attached next door which is genious pizza+beer, duh! all anyone needs in life. I have yet to venture to the bar, too far from where I live to go and drive to have a beer or two. But still nice if someone drives you.

Anyways, also curious about the cakes they looked delicious. Red velvet, cheesecake, carrot and a chocolate variety are available. They have tons od other menu items Im curious about like their pastas etc.

Overall being from Jersey- I think im credible enough to claim this as a good pizza place :)

OH and for PEPSI lovers they have...

This is our favorite spot to get Pizza in the Neighborhood. Feels like we're walking back in time into our pizza spot When we lived in Queens NY. One of our favorite slices to get beside the Classic Cheese slice is the Lasagna slice. Can't go wrong with Big Joe in our Opinion. They don't have a Waitress cleaning up as soon as you leave so keep that in mind, they're running the back of the house and come out whenever they can and to us it's not a big deal but to someone that's just walking in for the first time they would probably be like what is going on in here lol They should come up with a system for the guess to just take their items to the trash and clean their area before leaving so that the place doesn't look too crazy when a new guest walks in but other than that it's a solid good eats if you're in the mood for some NY style Pizza.
