Casey's — Restaurant in Hastings

Excellent food!!! No complaints about that... Kind of $$$ expensive for the sandwiches and individual pizza slices though. How can you pay $10 for 8 slices on a whole pizza, And then pay a wopping $4 for each individual slice of pizza??? Just because you didn't put the pizza in a cardboard box which actually costs more than an individual paper tray does. Makes no cents!!! Keep the product flowing right? The pizza made here is delicious. The staff is friendly and courteous. Store is always clean and stocked. I live 3 blocks from this store and come here often. I can't think of anything negative I could say about this Casey's location.

The customer service here used to be the best in town now it is so poor that that I avoid going there you get ignored when trying to wave down help when you are told someone will help you at the sandwich station you are still standing waiting five minutes or longer or “you have to wait on me to finish pizzas first” and then stand watching the pizza oven for one pizza.
