Fox's Pizza Den — Restaurant in Hastings

Hi my name is Mary I went in today to pick up some brownies. There was a gentleman Brian behind the counter I recognized him cuz he works with my daughter Kristen and I thought to myself and honestly I did think to myself.....that is a hard-working man and that was my exact thought. The cashier who I guess is the manager was in the register and Brian was watching her closely and he after several minutes of her fumbling around and it was several minutes she gave him what looked like a 8 dollars and I heard Brian say you're wrong and he said I made 8 deliveries I should have more money than this..... He explained very calmly he never raised his voice once in fact he was pretty quiet although you could see he was bewildered and he told her and after he told her about the money and the check she agreed with him.., after him trying to explain to her and her saying she understood but still did not fix it .. Brian than ashed for a calculations and r receipt and went to the side and then I asked her if I could be taken care of and she did take care of me and the other customer...... All I can say is I'm sure Brian knew he had more coming than what she gave him and honestly she was fumbling around and very confused at the least I'll say she was confused I'm just glad that Brian stood his ground!! Just because someone is in charge of you doesn't mean that...

Last night, my boss and I went to Fox’s. We were over that way Checking on some roads so we walked in. He ordered a beef taco & I ordered a couple slices of pizza.The girl said no problem. It would be about six minutes to get them because they had to put a pizza in. No problem we can wait after 45 minutes passes. We go up and ask about our food. There has been people in and out the whole time so we understood being a little bit longer than what she figured. When we went up to ask, she says it’ll be right out. She proceeded walking to the back and I could hear her telling them about the order. Well, needless to say, by the time we got our food, it was an hour and 15 minutes sitting there waiting...

I ordered a pizza tonight to watch football and chill. The app was a bit confusing, as it had topping selection that was kind of contradictory. I was worried about it, but let it go. I got a phone call from them to confirm my order because they were already aware of the app having issues. I have no complaints and only want to say that it was exceptional customer service. As a fellow service worker, I appreciate it a lot and know how hard it can be. Thank you so...
