I was a little disappointed by the amount of meat in my Supreme Brisket especially at $17+ for the combo. I haven't been to Arby's in many years but one thing I remember was that they didn't play around with the meat portion. I guess things have changed since. The beef brisket was delicious though. I know everything costs more these days but I think prices are a little bit high for the Puerto Rico market and this will be an issue after the curiosity settles. The other thing I have to mention is that both my sandwich and my wife's chicken sandwich were cold. Apparently in order to keep lines down and waiting times low they are preparing sandwiches in advance and letting them sit under the lamps until clients purchase them. I have to say that if it's an item that's not as common it will sit there for a while longer. Like I said flavor was good, employees were very nice and place was clean and neat (it's new so it's expected). I will definitely return in a few months when the curiosity of the people who have never tried Arby's settles down to see if these issues have been...
Read moreWhen I used to live in the continental US, I visited Arby’s, when I saw they were opening franchises on the island, I was intrigued. To date, I have visited two (2) Arby’s. Hatillo and Cayey. This particular Arby’s is located in Hatillo. The experience was good, the customer service was fantastic, from the cashiers to the timeliness of food to the janitorial services. However, the fries we were served were not at an adequate temperature and the food quality to price is subpar at best. The median range for a single item is about $7.50 and in combo it is about $10.00 +/-. So family of four (4) would potentially spend anywhere from $28-$43+/-. I wouldn’t visit this franchise again based on the quality of food for the price but its customer service definitely gives it a solid three (3) stars. I would give them an overall rating of “good” based on customer service and cleanliness. I hope this review helps consumers and by no means is the intent to say it was “bad” but it...

I had a "Greek Gyro" with some curly fries, and they were very tasty and presented well gor being fast food. Also noted that even though I went during lunch time the food was ready very quickly, and they got our order correct. 10/10, rang the bell 🛎 a...
