Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Hattiesburg

My Husband Jesse and I are kinda serious about this $1.99 quarter pound burger 🍔 and a large vanilla shake is the best choice for immediate hunger and I enjoyed my every visit to this Sonic's and I will be going back soon! Plus, the establishment is very clean and very comfortable for the average teens to hang out on the outdoor sitting areas, and the Sonic's on Hwy 49 into Rawl Springs is the best choice for good customer service in the serving staff with only $10.00 spent making the decision to eat at Sonic's, a few visits to the same so pleasant 🍴 with our dog in the backseat waiting patiently for a couple of bites! I think it is just great to be in our car with a big smile whenever she/he is bringing out the most wonderful vanilla shake & SPOON 🥄 that you will need! This shake is delicious, and it is easy to share as it's super big! I will certainly keep going to Sonic's, and I suggest you guys take a break and go on to Sonic's for the $1.99 quarter pound burger and a shake of your choice!...

Me and my wife went by to get some milkshakes. ordered my wifes oreo shake then said I wanted a medium chocolate shake. Was told they don't sell chocolate shakes. Told the lady its on the menu(I've had them many of times before here at sonic). The lady said the same thing "We do not sell chocolate shakes sir only hot fudge shakes". I said again chocolate shake is on your menu. To which I didn't hear anything else so I just said never mind and went to wards down the road and got chocolate shakes for me and my wife.

Edit: I have no interest in calling a number to stay on hold for 45 minutes and not have an answer. It's not going to change my review. Whoever is in charge of this location can either help the employees to improve in their job performance or not. Doesn't make a difference to me because I will no longer be visiting any sonic location ever again. This is not my first problem I've had with...

We had just driven 3 hours and wanted a quick bite. The server taking the order was upset that I didn’t know the menu completely and I ordered incorrectly on 2 counts. My son requested a blast that wasn’t in the menu. And the server was rude and impatient with us. Then I ordered a drink but only gave the size “route 44”. I failed to specify the actual beverage. A simple mistake as I’m ordering for 3. Again I was chastised and I could hear the discontent from the server.

I won’t be visiting here again. I recommend stopping before or after this Sonic location. If I could leave a more negative rating, I would.

I understand it’s a Sunday. It’s a fast food restaurant but at least have some courtesy and patience with the customers.
