This one star review is for the afternoon crew shift , They are very terrible at keeping coffee fresh anybody who is truly a coffee fan or just know the difference when fresh and not fresh would know but something needs to happen about that another problem the afternoon crew shift have is there attitude ESPECIALLY when they mess up a order and you come to them politely to correct the order they still give you a attitude for a order that you pay and a order that you didn't mess up...its like they act like it's your fault and they gave the same attitude today 4/28/22 over 2 donuts they forgot to have ready for pickup with the rest of the order mind you they gave us 2 stale donuts and my glaze donut look like somebody picked off the top layer of the donut and glaze they also got a order wrong 2 weeks before this , The order was a Carmel ice coffee and a chai latte the Carmel coffee wasn't like how I wanted or how it was labeled and the chai latte wasn't even a Vanilla chai latte it was a matcha latte mind you matcha is green so I don't know where the confusion happened , This Dunkin needs to do something about the afternoon crew shift besides that the morning shift would get a 5 rate star because they make sure coffee is fresh and when they have you wait or there being a lil slow they make sure everything is fresh and hot please hire people like the morning shift people or put them on a shift with less hours but again love love the...
   Read moreI placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up, we ordered two strawberry frosted donuts, one glazed, one Boston cream, three hash browns, one omelette egg bites, and a latte. When we got to the window she asked us to pay a different amount than the amount of our order, we said you must have the wrong order we placed a mobile order and already paid (which we had already said through the intercom and they told us it was all set) She then handed us the latte, the hash browns, and the omelette egg bites. We told her we were missing our donuts, she asked us what donuts we had ordered and we had to repeat our order to her, then after we left we see that she only gave us one strawberry frosted donut when we ordered two, and the Boston cream was flipped on its frosted side so the frosting melted all over the bag, and she never gave us a straw or napkins. So now I have one kid crying because they didnât get their donut and had to share with her sibling, a big mess to clean without any napkins, and a donut not even worth eating because thereâs no frosting in it, oh and I canât drink my latte because I have no straw! I normally never give bad reviews however I typically go to this Dunkinâs every Sunday morning and this specific location has messed up my order numerous times so even though it is convenient for me I will be going to a different one since they canât seem to ever...
   Read moreI've been coming to this Dunkin' for over 4 years and used to love it, never had a single issue. But lately, things have really gone downhill. The service just isnât what it used to be.
On several different occasions, Iâve ordered a shaken espresso and had to ask for it to be remade because it clearly wasnât shaken, just stirred or poured over ice. Whatâs frustrating is that even when I explain nicely and ask for it to be shaken properly, they take it back and just return the same drink. Itâs like theyâre hoping I wonât notice. And when I do say something, I get attitude for simply asking for my drink to be made the way it's supposed to be.
This isnât just a one time issue, it happens whether I use the drive-thru, walk in, or even place a mobile order. Itâs disappointing to see this kind of inconsistency and lack of care from a place Iâve supported for years.
