I order from there all the time. Normally great food. I get a grilled chicken sub. Doesnt say what's on it online. I tell them what I want. I get the food with mushrooms. They say they will remake it. Manager chimes in says it comes with mushrooms, won't make it again. Show me where it says it comes with mushrooms? I will never eat there again

Uncle Butch's home-made meatballs, chicken cutlets, melted American cheese all on top of fresh garlic...

Really disappointing… We have given Romanos a few chances and today is the last. A month ago we walked in and ordered takeout. We were told it would be an hour so we left and came back in an hour. After standing there for several minutes while they tried to find our order we were told it left with the delivery driver and they would have to remake everything. After another 20-25 minutes we got our order and a $40 gift certificate for a $60 order. Tonight we ordered again and were very disappointed again. We had ordered Roni sticks before and they were a flatbread with sauce, mozzarella and pepperoni. Tonight we got the same order and received a sub roll with sauce cheese and pepperoni. Not anything like what we had ordered before. maybe they were out of flatbread but that would’ve been nice to know when we called in the order. We ordered a Caprese sandwich, which had one thin slice of mozzarella and one thin slice of prosciutto and a tiny piece of chicken. Not nearly enough to fill half a sandwich let alone a whole sandwich. We also ordered mozzarella sticks which were so over cooked. All of the cheese, came out and stuck to the bottom of the box and the mozzarella sticks were empty. We also ordered the chicken finger, french fries and onion ring appetizer, which we have also gotten before and there were three onion rings. I’m not sure what is going on but the quality has gone way downhill in the last couple of months. Definitely...

Heard great things about the one in haverhill from my sister, so natural i decided to try it out.Two times on different days and times. The first time was at night second time during the day.Both times the orders were consistent with being bubbly "pizza with no cheese on it and just a bit off toppings.Just because i ordered a sauce-less pizza dose NOT mean I ordered a bubbly cheese and topping-less barren"pizza'"My sister must be used to eating dry barren slices of flash cooked bubbly shriveled looking dough not pizza.

*dough with many bubbles and a shriveled/shrunken appearance when baked bares evidence of being pre-made and sitting out for a while.

Pro:The dough reminded me of and looked like Tops field fair fried dough(baked version) I guess that was--ok Con: I feel like i wasted my money both times.My fault for assuming this one was as great as the one...
