I called in and made an order, and was received by a very rude, ill mannered woman who didn't know who products or the special deals for the day and rushed me, eager to get off the phone. She would sigh when I'd ask a question or when she had to repeat something. The second time I called in, it was to follow up on an online order I made which I'd been waiting on for, for more than an hour. A guy called Rob answered and he was just as rude. He didn't tell me any details just palmed me off straight his manager because he didn't know how to deal with customer service issues created by his team I guess! His manager jumps on and I am sure it is the same rude woman as the first time I called. She tells us that her drivers came twice and knocked on the door and no-one answered. We tell her we have been sitting in the lounge waiting and saw only 1 driver walk past who headed straight to our neighbours apartment. Then she tells us they knocked on every door in the apartment lying through her teeth when we had our door opened and waited for an hour or so. Every excuse - she asked what address I put down as if I don't know my own address. She was flat out rude. She was unprofessional, as was her junior and full of excuses rather than taking...

Now they don't do Dominos Rewards or the Coupons displayed online. If you try them they say this location doesn't support Pie Rewards, or this location doesn't support coupons. What a JOKE. Hawaii is expensive enough at least let us broke college students use rewards points and coupons. Greedy. EDIT: (So the above was posted a year ago.) They accept pie rewards again, but they don't support any national coupons so if you see an ad that says 6.99 pizza for this week only or whatever, this location doesn't. They only do...
Read more"Nationwide" coupons, in my opinion, should apply nationwide. I understand the price to live in paradise for local stores but not corporate giants (Laie's Subway does the same). Wish this location's owner would accept online coupons; a $7 mainland pizza should not cost residents $25 (prices not exaggerated). Even if they had a mark up alongside the coupon I would pay the extra.
Domino's web team should also change their check-out process so an applied coupon that isn't accepted at a specific store says so before you go through the ordering process. It only specifies once you go to the...
