I found this food truck, and the people operating it, absolutely charming. It was my first time eating El Salvadorean food, and I was very excited to try pupusas. They were out of the spinach and cheese flavor, so I got the (3) bean and cheese pupusa meal. It takes about 15 minutes because they make them fresh to order. They were like eating a small stack of pancakes with a bean and cheese filling and came with a delicious vinaigrette coleslaw and a small cup of really spicy hot sauce. I loved the slaw, but the pupusas were rather bland. I realized that I should have paid extra for some sour cream, it definitely would have made them taste better. They have two rows of picnic tables under a tent that makes a comfortable place to eat. I really enjoyed my visit and will be back to try the spinach and...

Birria pupusas are so delicious 🤤 Burrito was also really tasty, quesa birria tacos are the best I’ve had!!! The ladies at the truck are nice and get your order right. What a gem on the side of the road. Next to a coffee farm you can walk through and also grab fresh coffee from the shop right behind the truck. So glad we stopped the whole family was satisfied and I must add it was not as expensive as I thought it would be. Quality food and supporting local...

Enjoyed everything we ate! Honestly the best tacos, burrito and papusa I’ve had in many years. We got the birria tacos (meat was cooked so tenderly, was not overly cheesy), chile relleno burrito (the flavors melded together perfectly, and spinach & cheese pupusa which were made to order, by hand. They were moist and flavorful. Loved sitting outside on the farm and staff was really friendly! One of my favorite meals of my...

We are tourists from CA. My husband and I were missing our Mexican food. We got lucky to find this place on our way to the Volcano park. Food was amazing, authentic and delicious! Atmosphere, beautiful! Truly recommend this spot. Todo muy sabroso. Esta comida si tenia un sabor authentico. Camino al parque del Volcano. Deben parrar.

A Salvadorean spot in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. You may think you'd never find pupusas, tamales or elotes locos in Big Island, but there they are, right in the midst of the coffee plantations. You can not get lost, there's a blue and white Salvadorean flag to make sure you don't miss it. Delicious food.
