I found this food truck, and the people operating it, absolutely charming. It was my first time eating El Salvadorean food, and I was very excited to try pupusas. They were out of the spinach and cheese flavor, so I got the (3) bean and cheese pupusa meal. It takes about 15 minutes because they make them fresh to order. They were like eating a small stack of pancakes with a bean and cheese filling and came with a delicious vinaigrette coleslaw and a small cup of really spicy hot sauce. I loved the slaw, but the pupusas were rather bland. I realized that I should have paid extra for some sour cream, it definitely would have made them taste better.
