Best fish n chips!

The mahi mahi fish n chips meal is killer! I'm a vegetarian so when I do actually eat fish it has to be super fresh & not even have the slightest hint of a fishy taste. (Yes, yes, I know. As my kid brother has pointed out on numerous occasions,"Uuuh duh. Of course it's going to taste fishy; it's a fish!" But you get me when I complain about that "fishy" taste.)

Moloaki Burger's mahi mahi is so fresh that I can even eat the not-deep-fried version, mahi mahi plate special. It's so fresh that I don't even need the slice of lemon that's included. Now that is some delicious mahi mahi!

Fries were standard; average thickness & not soggy or over fried. Oreo milkshake was super suck-my-brains-out thick & tasty.

Extra points for whomever can tell me what's in their Fish Sauce that's at the condiment station & is pumped out like...

Paniolo burger and spicy fries: the burger was nice enough, if very well done. The onion ring was good, and the bbq sauce was nice. The spicy fries were great—fresh, piping hot and a good amount, not a ton of them but enough. The food was ready in less than 10 minutes, but cooked fresh, and they were making several at the same time. They have maybe 4-5 milkshake flavors. The drink options could be a little more varied than just milkshakes and Coke drinks—some local and non-corn syrup options would be nice, some unsweetened tea or lemonade or something. There’s tons of parking. There’s also a good amount of seating. It’s clean and bright inside, sort of feeling like an In’n’Out, especially given the color scheme. I meant to take photos of the food we ordered.. but from the beginning, it smelled delicious and once I opened the bag I couldn’t stop myself and ended up eating the entire thing in one breath. From the first bite to the last, I throughly enjoyed my double bacon cheeseburger. My partner got the Paniolo burger and he said it was a game changer, the flavors mix together so well. Yummy! Also, the fries were super fresh and crispy. They gave us some sort of sauce that we are unsure of what it was.. some sort of mayo, either way, it was great with both my burger and fries.
