Have been here a few times and have left ultimately satisfied and happy. This time it seemed they’ve gone down hill. When asking for a menu you’re directed to the two boards on the back wall while we used to actually get real menus. We waited almost half an hour to get our first drinks at the bar, never got acknowledged by two out of the three bar staff. The lady that did acknowledge us made less than appetizing drinks. We ordered somewhat custom drinks which we’ve done many times before and were served tasteless drinks. The guava martini I ordered was just vodka and guava mix poured into a glass, no lemon/lime, no sweetness, no shaken with ice, nothing special. The drink was warm and difficult to get down. My friend ordered a custom vodka, fruit mix drink blended and his tasted like water with a touch of mango. While initially trying to find flavors we wanted for drinks the bar tender pulls out the drink menu we originally asked for…..We opted to not get food there and ended up leaving after hoping our second less complicated drink order would turn out better. Menu has a large assortment of offerings to appeal to just about anyone, but the dish that really stood out for me was the Beef Noodle Soup. This was an Asian take of Pho and other Asian noodle soups. Full of flavorful broth and a touch of spice. It was packed with noodles, veggies, and just the right amount of meat. I was very happy after eating it.
We tried it both for lunch and dinner. Lunch was not so busy, but dinner time it was packed. It was clearly the hot spot in town. I do recommend going early to eat as it seemed to be to much for the servers to handle at times.
