I found their food truck in a group with many others in the search for lunch one day. I had heard good things and the online media looked promising.

I was delighted when I discovered that they offered delicious looking steamed buns with a tofu option, for no extra cost (which is rare as a vegetarian)!

The wait was well worth it for the BEST tofu steamed buns I've ever had! The tofu was thinly sliced strips, topped with a crunchy fresh coleslaw type deal, and the buns were soft and pillowy. But by FAR the best part was the sauce that drenched the tofu and dripped down my hands as I ate with a gusto! The sauce was a thicker, broth like sauce with unrivaled flavor that had all the right umami spices and delicious heat to boot!

I ordered the pork belly buns (A MUST), the saimin, and the garlic noodles. OBSESSED. Firstly, those pork belly buns were out of this world. The saimin was light, yet super flavourful (I have GI issues and this soup HIT THE SPOT😋) and the garlic noodles are crave-worthy (there were actual whole pieces of roasted garlic in the noodles, super yum!). There are several food trucks at this lot, and I’ve tried them all. This one is by far my favorite. The quality and taste of the food is superb. I always feel super refreshed and recharged after eating there. Also, the owner is really nice and they prepare the food with super aloha. I would def recommend this place...
