I ordered a spicy ahi poke bowl and the original spam furikake thing that was 2 for 5.50. They were extremely generous with portions and included wasabi, ginger and soy sauce. The sushi tacos concept works well. The seaweed had a crunch and there was a perfect ratio of spam and rice with furikake on the top. So bomb.! The spicy ahi poke bowl had this sauce that I believe was sent from heaven...every bite had just enough of everything. Highly recommended. No public restroom but there is a beach/park restroom right across the street. ( no water or soap in it) If I lived in Hawaii..I would probably frequent T8ste Buds. Good food, good vibes and friendly people!

Wow, what a way to eat Poke and Sushi. Why haven’t I had this before? I was worried the tacos would be too seaweed forward but the balance of rice and seaweed for the shell was so so good. I had the cali, Hawaiian and Spicy. Also had the sushi roll with hot Cheetos. If you haven’t tried this place, you have to. We will definitely be going back. Only 5 minutes or so away from Electric Beach. They also hit some events near Ewa and Kapolei

Randomly found this place and what a gem! The ahi tuna was fresh and loved the concept of the sushi taco- so crispy and delicious. The server was super friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure the tacos were divided evenly among our party. We went back two times while I was staying on the West side. Definitely recommend stopping and trying it out!

Best sushi in the 96792 and the west side!Creative and tasty spin on traditional Sushi. Their use of custom made Nori shells and unique rice based sandwich halves make eating sushi a much more simpler finger food style experience. Everything tasted fresh and absolutely delicious! If you like Unagi definitely recommend the Una-Tama-San. I get it every time I go. Also for the little ones they have a spin on your traditional spam musubi but using their nori shells. They call those “Tacobi”. They also have vegetarian options for those who prefer. Hope you folks get a chance to check them out. Definitely worth the drive from anywhere on...
