These guys catered our film set for over 4 weeks, so we experienced a wide variety of ChillBilly’s food and service: EXCELLENT

They were super friendly (learned everyone’s name and used it!) The menu was great with several options, including VEGAN. No one complained (and they would if they were unhappy). The food was tasty and well prepared. Their bbq was fantastic (as good as Memphis or Texas bbq imo). Oh and I must mention the pastrami… Mmmm!!

Was cruising down to the most Southern Point in the US on the Big Island in Hawaii and read about the Chillbilly Grill and had a hankering for some real BBQ! My craving was met with delight!
