There’s this new girl in the kiosk that’s really unfriendly and seems high, ordered a London fog and asked for a sleeve, didn’t get a London fog, just a really hot earl grey tea, and no sleeve, her excuse for not giving one was “I double cupped it so it doesn’t need a sleeve” yet she gave the other drink we ordered a sleeve? Please stop yapping and make coffee. I previously gave this place 5 stars but the last year or so has seen a significant downturn. Second car in line? I hope you have twenty minutes to wait. I've never seen baristas make coffee this slowly. Literally almost ten minutes per car. It's so bad, people frequently get out of line and leave.
