Taverna — Restaurant in Hayden

My family an i have been going here alot in the past few months as its the closest restaurant but theres this one girl i think shes a hostess or something.. blonde she worked on the 8th i believe it was and last night and every time ive seen her she always has this nasty look on her face like "ugh I have to work" and overall had a horrible attitude.. ive seen her before a ralphs and the dock and every single time she acts like she owns the places and rude when i was at the dock and saw her working with i assume a busser? She was nasty to the busser and nasty to the customers and made the brown haired busser do practically everything... but also our food has not been the greatest every time we went and overall probably not going back all the good staff you guys seemed to have had is gone and have nasty people and I think ill spend some extra gas and go somewhere else I tried to stay very local but cant anymore.. anyways I'd look into...

Sadly I have never been more disappointed. I spent $115 on food we could not eat and both of us actually were sick from what we tried. I'm not sure what's going on in the kitchen but the meat in the Carbonara was spoiled. We both spit it out. We both cook and deal with meat regularly even cured that was disgusting. The noodles were hard and chewy I left the entire plate. Since our server had already taken off the appetizer I didn't want to complain although I should have had her taste it. The Bruschetta is served rock hard and ice cold which i dont understand. We could not cut or bite the bread we actually had to break it. I did laugh but horrible we didn't eat it, you couldn't. I could continue but the best part of the night was the $36 wine. I unfortunately was literally sick for hours after.. I had not eaten all day and we were super excited for a new place. The food is extremely good! If you are looking for a good meal, look no further. This place has great food. WE had a decent sized party and everone ordered something different and everythig was so tasty. The pizza has a delicious crust and tons of toppings, the bolognese tasted like something that you would find in Italy and the Halibet was a total table pleaser. We had drinks which everyone loved and desert which was also just as good. Our server was extremely friendly as was the owner, the busser and the host - who of whom checked on us upon entering and dining. the restaurant is clean, has great food and has good people working there.
