Better Together Coffee Underground — Restaurant in Hayesville

Love, love, love this little gem tucked off the road in Hayesville. Shane who owns and runs it is a doll. Very personable and his donuts are not only cute but oh so tasty. We had a glazed donut each and Tom tried the pork belly donut and I had the orange cranberry. Absolutely delicious! No pics because we wolfed them down. He makes them to order so you get a fresh and warm donut. I was surprised at first of the size. I was expecting a donut the size you would get from say Dunkin Donuts but these are much smaller and you know what? I found that I prefer them that way! This is a really neat coffee shop, very convenient to downtown Hayesville. The coffee is good and the folks behind the bar are quite nice. They also carry a small selection of absolutely beautiful pastries that we as gluten sensitive individuals couldn't try for ourselves but they were really, really tops in presentation.

The shop is on the back side the shopping strip so once you pull into the parking lot head down to the "basement level" by going to the left of the building and going around back.

This coffee shop is definitely worth checking out if you need a caffeine fix. They also have other drinks and my niece got the strawberry lemonade two days in a row she said it was so good. We can recommend it...

I don't know what such a tiny town is doing with a shop this awesome, to be honest. It's got phenomenal coffee, a great selection of boba and tea drinks (though I am personally not a fan of the crystal boba that they have). The best part is easily their specialty mini donuts. Every flavor is awesome; I can't even recommend one because they are each so great, though I will especially note that the Hoppin Hog and the Pork Belly are very novel and worth a shot even if you feel doubtful.
