HOMETOWN FAVORITE!! This restaurant is the #1 choice of the locals. We had my granddaughters 1st birthday party here. The staff was super friendly & courteous. They went above & beyond to make sure our bday party needs were met to the best of their abilities. They have a really good variety of food to choose from. For anything from pizza & appetizers to salads & subs to burgers & fries or if u just want a cup of coffee or cold drink..this is the place to go to & needless to say..it’s all awesome & well worth dining in at or ordering take out from! I am from Tarpon, Va I moved to California when i was a teenager. My wife and I went back to Virginia for a short vacation. We were driving through Haysi and stopped for breakfast at the Main Street Pizzeria & Grill. We were greeted by a Man by the name of Johnny while eating our delicious food. Johnny told us that he owned the Pizzeria and gave us a tour of his home and other properties he owned that were near by. Good food and great hospitality. Nothing like country folks. What a neat place, and the manager and staff are such a great to talk to! We sat on the patio/deck upstairs and they brought the food to us. Due to health codes they could not being us refills, but if we came downstairs they gladly refilled for us! Big portion of food, so much that we had lunch and skipped...
