I used to come here a lot for lunch sometimes they would mess up my order but I would never complain about it the last time I showed up 10/2/24 around 11:00 I went to pick up my order that I ordered on their app and when I went in a Indian lady told me that they didn’t have my order in there system so then I showed them proof from the email that they send you when you order is confirmed and PAID and she still said we don’t have any in our system so then I asked them can I at least order my meal that I paid for right now and she said you would still have to pay with an attitude I don’t know why I didn’t raise my voice or was mean or anything but the way she was just talking to me made me mad and I said “So you guys are just basically stealing my money.” and she just looked at me like I was dumb. I politely asked why he didn’t offer the meal of the day promotion when we ordered the Steak Philly, and instead charged us the regular price. Rather than addressing the concern or offering an apology, he simply said there would be no refund or adjustment — not even to include the drink and chips that were supposed to come with the meal.
To make matters worse, he was wearing AirPods the entire time and could barely hear us, which made the interaction even more frustrating. I came to the store at 9:15(45 minutes before close) she said we have to close the store early for no reason most likely because she was eager to go home. She lets me in anyways and when I order on the app she canceled my order for no reason and I was still charged on my card. It says I have to wait one week to receive it back. Was basically charged $17 for absolutely no reason. The lady is very useless, rude, impatient, and lazy. To add on to this review, they use old meat.
