Taco Bell — Restaurant in Union City

Okay I went there to pick up an order for a delivery service(doordash).while ordering I was told It’s late in night and she did not want to go in freezer to get more cinnabons.the employee trying to rush me saying hurry up.i informed her that I was ordering for a delivery service &was just informing customer of the Cinnabon bites.she started getting mad. I ordered for the customer.i said I will order a burrito but it’s gonna be separate order(bill me separate) for the burrito. Since I did not want to pay for the burrito with doordash red card. The employee bluntly said I cannot bill you separately it has to be one order. I was like What difference does it make?your employee was rude &so was the manager.So I Said just give me the order &don’t give me the burrito then.I drove to the pick up windowTo pay for the door Dash order &found The employee &manager at the window cursing said I’m not giving this order as well.When I asked her why she did not give me a reason&said Leave my drivethru and used inappropriate language. Worst taco bell ever. I usually avoid this taco bell cause I am aware of their terrible service. They frequently forget an item and they don't even give you something extra when you go back to tell them they forgot like other taco bells. Everytime I come here there is a problem. They are slow and always get the order wrong. This time they make me wait 40 minutes for freaken 2 nachos bell grande. Then she tells me she made it extra big for the wait. I go home and see that it is just regular. She lied to me and my nacho fries were cold too becuase they were most likely sitting for 40 min waiting on the nacos. On top of that the fries were completely different from other taco bells and they forgot the cheese. 40minutes for freaken nachos?!?! They were not even busy. They skimp out on a lot of the ingredients too. Ive gotten half filled tacos many times here. I always go a little farther to a different taco bell where they treat you right. This taco bell needs to be shut down. They also never give me the receipt so I can't leave feedback. I assume they do it on purpose.

I’ve never had a big problem with this Taco Bell till tonight. The person taking my order seemed really confused and I was having to correct the order a few different times. Then when they gave me my drink I realized that it was the wrong one, I let them know what drink I ordered and the lady said keep the wrong one and got me the right drink. She then told me to pull up front and she would bring out my order, I didn’t even finish parking and she was already walking out. I was a bit confused about that, if it was done why did I have to go to the front!

One thing I was able to do was give the wrong drink to a homeless man out front since I already parked so I guess that was a plus!

When I got home and opened the bag the cinnamon twists were everywhere not even in the bags. The cinnamon sugar was everywhere, plus they were stale.... Almost every time I’ve ordered cinnamon twist here they have been stale to be honest so I wasn’t surprised, I just always hope for them to be fresh.
