Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hayward

I already fisliked this place because their drive thru line takes like 10 mins at least.Today I was there for 15mins for a order of chalupa combo with my Aquafina water bottle then I added Jalapenos at the window. After the long wait then when I got home I noticed I didnt get my Taco from my Chalupa combo a. And last time I went there I asked for a salad w/steak they charged me for jalapeños on my salad but gave me whole jalapeños like I was suppose to comp on it while eating my salad. I listed food and decor as "good" because its just plain taco bell food. I don't know what the deal is with this drive through but they messed up our order again. Friggin COOKIES!. The only thing I ordered was oatmeal cookies and they couldn't even get that right. I got home and they were chocolate chip (normally I wouldn't care but I got them for someone else who wanted oatmeal). Seriously? Do I have to check a friggin cookie to be sure they got it right? I’ve been to many a Taco Bell over the years and expect the usual service and food when I visit a Taco Bell. This store however has sets a way higher standard of service. The food is just better here, seemingly better balanced proportions and presented better than any ‘Bell I’ve been to in many years, across several states.
