Update: New owner, same story. I was really hopeful that the new manager was going to make changes. But it's the same. Constantly running out of things, making mindless mistakes. Tonight they messed up our online order, wouldn't refund us. They put the wrong toppings with the wrong meat. Said they are completely out of bread and to come back tomorrow with the wrong subs to exchange. They only had wheat bread to start with, so they couldn't make our order right to start with. Also, they were flooded with condiments that were soaking around the wrapper into the bag. It was our dinner, so going back tomorrow doesn't help tonight.

Read moreThis subway is more than likely the worst one I’ve ever ordered from. It’s the only place to get food on Sunday in Hamilton, so we try on a regular basis after church. The problem is, they are ALWAYS out of something, if not a list of things. The last 3 Sunday’s they have been out of pickles! A staple on my sandwich. Can I and do I put them on at home, yes. Is it the same? No. Most Sunday’s they only have a couple breads to choose from, missing cheeses, missing ingredients, and one time they literally only had mayo as a sauce.
Also have to mention there is only ever 1 person on staff, so they lock the doors to use the bathroom or do whatever for long periods at a time, and can never keep up, so the line is long, and ordering 2+ subs is...
Read moreThe Hamilton location has a manager working from open to close, many times by herself. Super friendly and efficient. The reason I'm leaving only 2 stars is because the outdated appliances don't work. She has to apologize to customers who are rude to her even though it is not her fault. Pop machine does not work, ice maker does not work, microwave does not work, toaster oven does not work, you can only get cold sandwiches and customers are walking out in disgust. The owner obviously doesn't care about his own investment??? He's got a great manager, who cares more about that place than he does but her hands are tied.
